Title: Senior PIPO Analyst - 12 months contract
Take the leap as a Senior PIPO Analyst (12 months fixed-term contract) where you will work with various stakeholders to analyze transitions between promotions, supply risks and propose solutions that improve service levels and reduce costs. This role is within Supply Chain and Operations (SC) department.
Reports to the Integrated Planning Manager.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning product transitions: Lead and coordinate product changeovers linked to promotions, renovations, and new initiatives, ensuring smooth execution within the plant. Adjust and optimize short-term production plans to ensure a controlled ramp-down of old products and ramp-up of new ones while maintaining service levels.
- Stock exhaustion management: Actively manage the depletion of finished goods and packaging/raw materials ahead of transitions, minimizing write-offs and avoiding obsolete inventory.
- Main contact for Initiative teams and contact for Stakeholders within markets: Partner closely with Initiative teams to align on timing, volumes, and risks related to product launches, delists, and promotional switches. Partner with market stakeholders to align on clear actions regarding escalations
- Service level protection: Ensure high product availability during transitions, proactively managing risks that could impact customer service.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, preferably in a quantitative field (Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field).
- Language skills – Advanced level of English
- Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office (especially EXCEL), ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is an advantage
- Knowledge of all aspects of Supply Chain operations, especially in key areas such as Supply/Production Planning, Customer Service, including best practices, technologies, processes, procedures, and tools.
