Title: PIPO Analyst (12 months)
As an PIPO Analyst (Phase In Phase Out Analyst) on a 12-month fixed term contract, you will leverage the supply planning capabilities by effectively using advanced supply planning reports and tools that will result in valid planning proposals that will further be executed by various function according to their role and responsibility (Supply planners, SCIC in markets, scheduling teams, demand planners, order management). This ensures the delivery of day to day objectives and the making of fact-based decisions to meet the short to mid-term term service and financial targets.
Reporting to Short Term Capacity Specialist, you will be collaborating closely with Supply planners, SCIC in markets, scheduling teams, demand planners, order management. This role is based in our Bucharest, Romania office, with a hybrid working model that blends remote and on-site work.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Effectively uses and proactively seeks supply planning reports/analyses which may help the decision-making process made by supply planners, Category, scheduling teams, and markets.
- Prepares advanced data analysis and shares insights around detailed, complex scenario planning, that enable timely and efficient decision making process (through the PIPO flow).
- Provides expertise and insights that help define the best planning process set-up for the new supply chain scenarios/organization.
- Provides in depth system, risk and operations analysis, when they want to change planning scenarios.
- Thoroughly understands and effectively uses the PIPO (Phase-in/Phase-out) tools, to ensure timely execution of initiatives from a supply planning perspective.
- Supervises in depth the PIPO process and its effects: minimizes the scrapping cost, reduces the situation of OOS between changing variants, and minimizes the NPI stock.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Language Skills: Proficient in English. Second language is a plus.
- Experience in the supply chain planning domain, with proven data analysis skills and production planning knowledge.
- Has proficiency in working with ERP systems (e.g. SAP/APO/BW/IBP).
- Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a data-driven, fast-paced environment.
