Title:  Integrated Planning Manager - 12 months

As an Integrated Planning Manager in Bucharest, you’ll be accountable for setting short-term production schedule, supply & production strategy for the assigned platforms. Ensuring high and consistent Customer Service Levels in a profitable way. Reports to Integrated Senior IBP Manager Director. This role is a 12 months fixed role. 

 

 

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Key contributor: Accountable for setting short-term production schedule, supply & production strategy for the assigned platforms.  Key contributor to the KEU / Export business processes, E2E Platform & Portfolio teams as the SME for the Platform – Short-Medium Term time horizon.
  • Single point of contact & Supply Planning line manager for assigned market cluster across assigned platforms – key escalation point for all supply & production issues related to all platforms. Required to be Supply/Production single point of contact for KSOE/KSOP Leads in assigned Cluster (UKI, Iberia/Italy, FRABEN, DACH/HGM or Export)
  • Effective planning: responsible for the effective planning and execution of Demand interpretation, Production Planning, Inventory & Supply across all supported Markets, K-plants and Co-mans related to assigned platform.
  • Initiative implementation: Key contributor of smooth implementation of E2E strategy and KSOP initiatives
  • Working Relationships: Leads up to 6 direct reports in Bucharest. Peers are Integrated Planning Managers

 

 

Your recipe for success

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, preferably in a quantitative field (Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field)
  • Language skills – English
  • 5 years of experience, having held roles as part of a Supply Chain management team, ideally within FMCG sector
  • Demonstrates high level influence, communication, negotiation and strategic management skills
  • Demonstrates strong knowledge of all aspects of Supply Chain operations, especially in key areas such as Planning, Customer Service, and Finance
