Title: 3rd Party Inventory Planner and PIPO (12 months contract)
As an 3rd Party Inventory Planner and PIPO on a 12-month fixed term contract, you’ll play a pivotal role in enabling our co-manufacturers to meet promotional production schedules, while managing inventory and transport flows to minimise financial risk. This is a dynamic opportunity to contribute to the success of our Supply Planning team, working cross-functionally to deliver results.
Reporting to the Inventory Planning Team Lead, you’ll be collaborating closely with planners, market teams, contract manufacturing managers, QFS managers, and plant stakeholders. You’ll also work directly with external partners, including co-manufacturers. This role is based in our Bucharest, Romania office, with a hybrid working model that blends remote and on-site work.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Production Oversight – Monitor output against 3rd party schedules, resolve supply issues, and adjust priorities to maintain market supply.
- Promotional Planning – Manage On-Pack promotional changes, define packaging requirements, and review inventory to ensure correct rotation and zero write-off.
- Cross-Team Collaboration – Support cross-functional initiatives and take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the Supply Planning leadership team.
- Transaction Management – Ensure timely updates of all transactions to support material buy/sell processes and finished goods deployment.
- Load Coordination – Create and maintain Co-Man load changes and ensure timely communication with Transport Planning and Co-Man sites.
- Invoice Resolution – Resolve unpaid supplier invoices and financial variances (GRIR), ensuring accurate inventory and reduced financial risk.
- Reporting – Provide month-end inventory reports and communicate progress on variances to relevant stakeholders.
- Scheduling Support – Schedule smaller Co-Man sites where demand visibility is limited.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience in supply/production planning processes and tools – is an advantage
- Microsoft Office (Excel) confident user, ERP systems (e.g. SAP/APO/BW) is an advantage.
- Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a data-driven, fast-paced environment.
