Title: WH&D Coordinator
Are you passionate about warehouse and distribution efficiency operations? Join our team as Warehouse and Distribution Coordinator. You’ll be responsible for supporting service excellence through continuous monitoring of 3PL activities regarding primary and secondary distribution.
This role is located in Bogota, Colombia.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- KPI and Vendor Management: Monitoring key performance indicators with third-party logistics, addressing deviations, and improving vendor performance.
- Operational Oversight: Ensuring end-to-end visibility across internal and external partners, including inventory accuracy and regulatory compliance (e.g., SOX, SICETAC).
- Fleet and Returns Coordination: Planning and tracking fleet usage based on forecasts, managing returns until final resolution.
- Cost and Client KPI Control: Overseeing cost reports and reconciling delivery KPIs like OTIF with clients.
- Inventory Leadership: Leading accurate, visible, and compliant inventory management practices, and creating action plans to mitigate discrepancies.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Industrial, Logistic engineer or related professional with minimum of 3 years of previous experience in warehousing & distribution management
- A 4-year experience in similar roles – MRO, purchasing, budget control.
- Excel, SAP and data management.
- Previous experience in fleet programing based on forecast, seeking delivery cost-efficiency and SICETAC or any other regulations alignment.
