Title:  Regulatory Senior Head Pacific

Description: 

Are you passionate about leading regulatory compliance across diverse markets? Come join the Regulatory team as a Regulatory Senior Head Pacific. You’ll be responsible for leading and executing regulatory compliance activities, ensuring compliance with current regulations for multi-category portfolio across Pacific countries. Providing regulatory counselling to internal & external stakeholders and participate in external forums to protect Kellanova’s priorities. This role is located in Bogotá, Colombia.

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance to enable commercialization for renovation/innovation/geo expansion in Pacific: formula approval, assess and identify scale opportunities across Pacific. Lead labelling activities: NLI, implement new labelling regulations, artwork approval.
  • Sanitary Registrations: Ensure sanitary registrations and follow up status with 3rd parties and distributors to assure commercialization according to scope. Review & approve all communication materials for Pacific countries.
  • Lead Regulatory Projects: Provide regulatory counselling to internal & external stakeholders. Supports the regional regulatory team in documentation processes, annual database and regulatory overview. Regulatory support to local market driven projects (innovation, promotions, etc).

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

  • 4-5 years in Food industry regulatory area.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Food, Nutrition or Science.
  • English and Spanish Proficient.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent relationships & communication skills, capable of influencing others.
  • Attention to detail, problem solving skills and negotiation skills needed.
