Title: Environment Analyst
Are you passionate about driving sustainability in operations? Join our Supply Chain team as an Environment Analyst, where you’ll be responsible for maintaining and executing Kellanova’s Environment and NRC (Natural Resource Conservation) programs at our Bogotá plant.
In this role, you’ll ensure compliance with Colombian regulations and corporate policies, drive reductions in energy, water, greenhouse gases, and waste, and lead initiatives that enhance environmental impact reduction and operational efficiency. This position is located in Bogotá, Colombia.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Detail Oriented: Coordinate the necessary actions for the identification, compliance and monitoring of the legal requirements applicable to the plant in terms of the Environment.
- Development and Compliance: Coordinate the necessary actions for the implementation and monitoring of the daily management system of utilities consumption in the plant (electricity, gas, water, waste generation), ensuring the reporting of indicators, investigation of deviations, generation of corrective/preventive actions and analysis of trends.
- Organizational and Responsible: Coordinate the design and execution of training and training processes in terms of Environment and safety and its different modalities, seeking to achieve compliance and effectiveness (Legal, EHS Programs, On Boarding).
- Strategy Mindset: Support and validate the implementation and compliance of the change control process that impacts EHS, getting involved, supporting and monitoring initiatives and projects of innovation, savings, expenditure and capital, among others.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Environmental Technologist, Environmental Professional (Environmental Engineer – Environmental Administrator) Industrial Technology / Process Technology / Chemical Technology / Industrial Engineering / Process Engineering / Chemical Engineering – with Environmental expertise.
- Desirable: ISO 14001 Auditor.
- 2 years of experience in the areas of Environment.
- Intermediate English level (written and spoken).
