Title: Warehouse Supervisor
Our Blue Anchor, NJ plant is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations while driving efficiency, safety, inventory accuracy, and customer service. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader who is accountable, adaptable, and committed to operational excellence.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead Warehouse Operations – Oversee shipping, receiving, and warehouse activities (cold storage, dry goods, and packaging) to ensure efficient material flow and space utilization.
- Own Inventory Management – Manage raw material and finished goods inventory, including cycle counts, physical inventories, FIFO rotation, quality holds, and system accuracy.
- Develop and Lead People – Supervise, coach, and develop hourly warehouse employees while ensuring consistent application of company policies and labor agreements.
- Ensure Safety, Quality & Compliance – Maintain compliance with all food safety, sanitation, quality, regulatory, and employee safety standards.
- Drive Performance & Improvement – Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, and Planning to meet customer demand while supporting production schedules, cost control, KPI performance, and sustainability initiatives. Ensure production schedules align with corporate demand strategy, leverage SAP MRP to generate accurate material requirements, optimize utilization of plant assets, and maintain a best‑in‑class service index.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 2+ years of warehouse/logistics leadership experience, or High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years of related experience
- Proven experience leading warehouse, shipping, or logistics teams in a manufacturing environment
- Strong inventory management and operational problem‑solving skills
- Effective communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage complexity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience strongly preferred
Compensation
The annual salary range is $78,700-$108,240, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
