Title: Sanitation Supervisor
Our Blue Anchor, NJ, plant is looking for a Sanitation Supervisor to help us improve, drive, and maintain our sanitation program. This role requires a problem solver who is determined, accountable, acts with integrity, and is courageous and adaptable. You’ll be working to support our operations and quality food safety departments to ensure that we continuously manufacture safe and quality food.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Compliance is Key – Support the quality food safety programs by ensuring that master sanitation schedule is implemented.
- Program Management – Work with quality food safety, operations, maintenance, and other units of the plant to ensure that allergen program is properly managed.
- Continuous Improvement Focused – Help the plant to drive continuous improvement initiatives to achieve the Plant KPI.
- Safety First – Follow the corporate, regulatory and customer requirements to ensure that we create a safe work environment for our team and visitors.
- Lead with Excellence – Manage a crew of union employees and direct, train, develop, and support QFS Associates while also ensuring they have the proper tools and chemical inventory to be successful.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- High School Diploma/GED plus demonstrated Sanitation experience
- Knowledge of chemical usage and safety
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to problem-solve, multitask, prioritize assignments, and leadership skills
- Understanding of general industrial safety requirements
- Ability to work off shifts and weekends as needed
- Food industry experience
Compensation
The annual salary range is $88,900-$116,655, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
