Title: Manager, Supply Chain Data Governance
As a Manager, Supply Chain Data Governance, you will lead the end-to-end Supply Chain New Item workflow process to ensure finished goods are created with complete and accurate data. You will manage the Evolve system workflow, guiding new item forms from initiation through completion while collaborating closely with cross-functional partners including finance, packaging engineering, nutrition labeling, quality assurance, data hierarchy, external supply chain, and global business services.
Your focus will be on maintaining data integrity and alignment across all stakeholders. You will also provide training and support to participants involved in the workflow, reinforcing best practices and ensuring consistent execution. This role offers the opportunity to influence how data flows through the supply chain and contributes to business performance. Preference is given to candidates located in Battle Creek, Michigan, but remote options will be considered for the ideal candidate.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Governance Partnership – Provide partnership and governance to commercial enablement requestors to ensure new item forms are completed accurately and on time.
- Council Leadership – Create councils and governing bodies to inform and help build team skillsets.
- Data Quality Management – Identify key data elements, define validation rules, and run reports to resolve data issues.
- Data Process Optimization – Streamline data processes and tools to ensure consistent information for internal and external customers.
- Policy Development – Develop and enforce policies and performance indicators that support continuous improvement aligned with Kellanova Work System principles.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- A high school diploma or GED certificate.
- Experience working with foundational product data systems (Masterfiles experience preferred).
- Background in the consumer goods industry.
- Hands-on experience with Systems Applications and Products or similar enterprise resource planning systems.
- Understanding of global product identification standards and how to apply them.
- Ability to influence and support governance practices across teams, product lines, and business units.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership.
Compensation
The annual salary range is $108,320 - $142,170, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
