Title:  Quality Systems & Food Safety Lead

Description: 
  1. Principal Duties & Responsibilities

    • Lead QFS team and closely cooperate with other departments
    • Ensure every quality and food safety system whether they follow the local regulations, requirements and Kellogg’s requirements.
    • Reduce QFS consumer complaints by sharing, discussing and making decisions related to quality, food safety issues, and consumer complaints.
    • Build and enable the company’s system to comply with Kellogg’s policy and local & global standards.(QFS of KWS, FSSC 22000, KFDA HACCP, KS, Halal.)
    • Retain the sanitation procedure and schedule (MSS) according to Kellogg’s policy.
    • Manage environmental monitoring & sanitation validation program.
    • Participate in Golden Six and Safety for effectiveness.
    • Make Training modules according to the related regulatory and 7core program.
    • Support NPD and innovation processes.
    • Be responsible for QFS KPIs and team budget management.
    • Manage co-manufacturer and co-packer to commit Kellogg’s standard.
    • Host ‘internal / external quality and food safety audits’ and arrange schedule with relevant agencies.(KWS, FSSC 22000, KS, KFDA HACCP, HALAL etc.)
    • Lead a review, an investigation and monthly consumer complaints meeting.
    • Manage the activities about traceability and the mock recall.
    • Strengthen organization (Work on building team spirit & leadership and increasing food technology.)

  2. Work Environment

    • Understanding of food safety and quality management systems (FSSC 22000, HACCP, KWS system and etc.)
    • Excellent knowledge in food safety, food science, pest management and etc.
    • Strong leadership competencies required with the ability to demonstrate a systematic approach to problem solving and ability to influence across peer group.
    • Be able to communicate effectively at all levels and ensure communications are clear and understood.
    • Training and coaching capabilities
