Description: 
  1. Production Operations
    • Perform production tasks in accordance with SOPs and hygiene standards
    • Achieve target output based on the production plan
  2. Quality Control
    • Conduct in-process self-inspection (appearance, weight, temperature, etc.)
    • Stop operation and report immediately in case of defects or abnormalities
    • Identify and segregate non-conforming products
  3. Hygiene Management
    • Maintain strict personal hygiene (hand washing, sanitary clothing, hair cover, etc.)
    • Keep the workplace clean and prevent contamination
  4. Equipment Handling
    • Perform basic equipment checks
    • Report any malfunction or abnormality immediately
  5. Safety Management
    • Follow safety rules and wear required PPE
    • Report and address any hazards immediately
  6. Documentation & Reporting
    • Accurately record production, quality, and any issues
    • Ensure proper handover between shifts
