As a Temporary Finance Analyst, in this 6‑month temporary role based in Querétaro, México, you will contribute to essential financial analyses, reporting activities, and administrative processes that keep our organization running with accuracy and consistency. This is an on‑site role that offers hands‑on experience with core finance processes and exposure to cross‑functional partners.
You’ll be part of a collaborative and detail‑oriented finance team that works closely with functions like Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, and Audit. A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting Daily Financial Analysis — Deliver routine financial and managerial reporting, ensuring accuracy and alignment with corporate and statutory requirements.
- Executing Core Accounting Activities — Perform accounting and administrative tasks while following internal procedures and compliance standards.
- Identifying Improvement Opportunities — Observe processes closely to recommend simplification, standardization, or automation ideas.
- Contributing to Continuous Improvement — Support activities related to ongoing improvement projects and special information requests.
- Ensuring Compliance and Controls — Assist in internal control testing to help maintain governance and risk‑management standards.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related business field.
- 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related areas.
- Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with SAP or financial planning systems is a plus.
- Ability to deliver accurate financial analyses and reporting.
- Advanced English proficiency.
