Tax Accountant Compliance (temporary)

Join the K Family in Queretaro as Tax Accountant Compliance.

The Tax Compliance Analyst is responsible for month-end deliverables of reports already aligned with the regional tax teams.

This position is the main point of contact for all the Regional Tax team, be aware of all tax changes, updates, reforms, ensure that the Invoice processor does it well in tax topics and have a direct contact with Invoice processor and Invoices Processor Lead.

These reports are essential for the correct monthly tax declaration to the government by the regional teams, as well as compliance with supports similarly requested by the government. This position reports to LATAM Foreign Trade Manager.

 

  • Reports to TAX & Resolution team Lead.
  • Headquartered in Queretaro (hybrid model)
  • Use computer and system, Kbuy and SAP. Excel is a dairy tool.
  • Interacts with several internal and external areas.
  • This position is for a 3 month project, so is a temporary position. (3 months)

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

  • Correcting the necessary information regarding the tax process to enssure that the information that is presented to the legal entities is matching our records and is in charge of the management and distribution of the withholding statements.
  • Carry out the VAT transfer monthly for PRMX, KLMX, KCMX & GIMX (Kellanova's legal entities).
  • Reporting monthly the purchase book of LPKP, LCHK, KLSV, KLCA, LCCR, KLCO and developing their month end close report.
  • Generating reports to our stakeholders with the details of the corrections having a tracking for each of the countries this position is responsible for (LPKP, LCHK, KLSV, KLCA, LCCR, KLCO).
  • Developing the theoretical VAT report and support documents for KLCO and integrate accounting accounts.

Your Recipe for Success:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting/ finance/business-Related.
  • Previous experience in Accounting and Fiscal positions.
  • Being detail- oriented and have strong teamwork, analytical and communications skills. 
  • Advance - Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and Power Point.
  • Proficiency in English, capable of understanding manuals and programs
