Title:  Supply Chain Finance Sr. Manager

Join our Global Business Services BU where you’ll provide strategic financial leadership and stewardship across Supply Chain operations in Latin America, partnering closely with manufacturing, procurement, logistics, innovation, and comanufacturing teams. As a Supply Chain Finance Sr. Manager you’ll play a critical role in elevating financial performance, strengthening governance, and enabling datadriven decisions through robust analytics, modeling, and performance management.

 

You’ll join a collaborative, multidisciplinary GBS Finance team operating in a multicultural and matrixed environment, supporting multiple plants and stakeholders across the region. This role offers broad exposure to senior leadership, endtoend Supply Chain processes, and highimpact projects that directly influence cost, performance, and operational outcomesmaking it an exciting opportunity to shape how Supply Chain Finance delivers value at scale.

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • EndtoEnd Supply Chain Finance Leadership Lead budgeting, forecasting, monthend close, cost management, and performance analysis across manufacturing, procurement, logistics, innovation, and comanufacturing operations.
  • Financial Performance & Insights — Deliver highquality financial analysis on COGS, standard costs, variances, and productivity initiatives to support informed operational and strategic decisions.
  • Governance, Controls & Compliance — Ensure adherence to accounting standards, corporate policies, and statutory requirements while strengthening internal controls and risk management practices.
  • Stakeholder Partnership — Act as a strategic finance partner to plant and Supply Chain leaders, identifying risks and opportunities and providing clear cost and performance visibility.
  • Team Leadership & Capability Building — Lead, coach, and develop a team of Supply Chain Finance professionals, promoting standardization, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain or Operations Finance, including leadership responsibility.
  • Proven expertise in COGS management, product costing, plant performance analysis, and Supply Chain financial planning and forecasting.
  • Strong knowledge of Supply Chain accounting, governance, internal controls, and compliance.
  • Advanced SAP experience related to Manufacturing, Procurement, or Finance processes.
  • Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling, analytics, and scenario planning.
  • Full professional fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
