Title:  Source to Pay Manager

Description: 

Are you passionate about leading accounts payables and ensuring alignment with corporate policies and statutory requirements? Join the Global Business Services team as a Source to Pay Manager for Kellanova in Latin America. In this role, you will oversee the Source to Pay processes, standardize and improve service delivery, and drive service excellence for internal and external customers across the region. This role is located in Queretaro, Mexico and offers a flexible model of work.

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Payment Continuity and Compliance: Ensure seamless Source to Pay operations, adhering to corporate policies, supporting business continuity, and managing cash flow strategies effectively.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Coach and support team members, fostering an environment that encourages professional growth, teamwork, and the development of individual strengths.
  • Process Standardization and Improvement: Lead efforts to standardize and enhance Source to Pay processes across Latin America, focusing on simplification, automation, and balancing workloads to achieve timely results.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Management: Maintain and update essential documentation such as DTPs, Process Maps, SIPOCs, and metrics to ensure efficient and informed team performance.
  • Continuous Improvement and Savings Pipeline: Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the team, identify automation opportunities, and create a pipeline of savings to support regional and global targets.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
  • 4+ years of experience in accounting and controlling, with a strong understanding of accounting standards and SOX; SAP experience preferred.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English (mandatory) and Portuguese (intermediate preferred).
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills. Proven ability to lead, communicate effectively, and resolve complex issues with a customer service orientation.
  • Process optimization expertise with a background in standardizing and automating finance processes to enhance service delivery and meet regional goals.
  • Decision-making impact across Latin America, with the potential for global influence within the Source to Pay function.
