Título: Route to Market Coordinator
Are you passionate about sales distribution? Join our Commercial team as a Route to Market (RTM) Coordinator (Temporary – 6 months) and help drive effective Sales Distribution strategies across HFS channels (DSF & DSDD).
You will analyze market and distribution data to execute RTM and GTM strategies, while traveling to different cities across Mexico to build direct relationships with distributors and ensure strong execution. This role works closely with Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to improve end-to-end distribution performance.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Sales & Distribution Analysis: Analyze sales information and distribution KPIs to identify performance gaps, opportunities, and insights that support effective commercial decision making.
- Route‑to‑Market Strategy Design: Support the design and optimization of Route‑to‑Market strategies by territory, including territory structure, route sizing, sales model definition, customer segmentation, and execution KPIs such as visit rate, frequency, and drop size.
- Territory & Route Optimization: Utilize data visualization and geographic mapping tools to define, update, and optimize territories, distributors, branches, and route structures to ensure effective market coverage.
- Census & Coverage Execution: Contribute to the development and implementation of customer census plans for assigned channels, coordinating logistics and monitoring progress to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Master Data Management: Support the maintenance, quality, and governance of distributor master data, ensuring alignment between customer information, route plans, and field execution.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- +5 years of experience in RTM / GTM roles within CPG companies.
- Strong knowledge of local market dynamics, distribution models, and key customers.
- Proven skills in data analysis, negotiation fundamentals, and business acumen.
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, Distribution, Logistics, or related fields.
- Strong systems knowledge, including MS Office and geo-information / data visualization tools (e.g., MapInfo or similar).
- Excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and ability to work cross-functionally.
