Título:  Production Supervisor

Are you passionate about driving operational excellence in manufacturing while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency? Join Kellanova as a Production Supervisor. In this role, you’ll ensure the safe and efficient execution of the production plan during your assigned shift, delivering strong results across EHS, QFS, Cost, and Service. This position is based in Querétaro, Mexico.

You’ll lead your production line team, collaborating closely with maintenance and support functions to prevent downtime, optimize performance, and consistently achieve operational targets.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Production Plan Execution – Ensure compliance with the production plan for your shift, lead daily performance meetings (DDS1), and maintain accurate shift records.

• Performance Monitoring & Communication – Update KPI boards, participate in DDS2 and DDS3 reviews, and communicate results, priorities, and risks to ensure alignment across shifts.

• Issue Resolution & Continuous Improvement – Identify trends, coordinate root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions with maintenance and technical teams.

• Team Leadership & Safety – Lead and support a team of more than 10 operators, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards.

• Cross-Functional Coordination – Partner with Quality, Autonomous Maintenance, RM, and Service teams to review performance and align on upcoming activities.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing plant environment
• Proven leadership experience managing operative teams of more than 10 people
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Results-oriented mindset focused on safety, quality, cost, and service
