Title:  GBS ITC, Credit & Collection Jr Analyst

If you’re ready to bring the best, come join the Invoice to Cash team as a Credit & Collections Jr Analyst. You’ll be responsible for following up with customers to ensure collections, accounts reconciliation and files management to be able to ensure collections form specific customers. This hybrid role is located in Quéretaro with the expectation to be in the office 3 days / 2 days at home office – subject to change.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Customer Follow-up: Ensure timely follow-up with customers to manage collections, accounts statements, and portals effectively.
• Order Releases: Analyze and follow up on order releases.
• Accounts Reconciliation: Perform accounts reconciliation and manage files to facilitate collections from specific customers.
• Small Customer Management: Oversee follow-up with small customers in Wholesalers, Government, DSF, and other accounts.
• Collection Activities: Ensure all necessary activities are completed to facilitate collections, including the re-billing process, credit note generation, and more.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• Bachelor’s degree in business, administration or related.
• 1 year of experience.
• Strong experience in Microsoft 365.
• Intermediate English.
• Basic knowledge in account receivable and account analysis.
• Willing to learn, detail oriented and effective communication skills.
