Title:  Finance Technology Specialist

Join our Finance Technology organization as we advance the systems and processes that enable accurate reporting, agile forecasting, and strategic insights across North America. In this role, as a Finance Technology Specialist you’ll lead the maintenance and optimization of key Anaplan models—specifically Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and People Planning—that power critical financial planning and analysis cycles. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary network of finance, accounting, and technical partners to deliver high‑quality data and support operational excellence.

You’ll be part of a collaborative and solutions‑driven team within our Global Business Services (GBS) Finance Technology function, working in an environment that values innovation, continuous improvement, and global standardization. This role is located in Querétaro and offers exposure to strategic stakeholders, cross‑regional initiatives, and opportunities to influence financial planning capabilities at scale.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Anaplan Model Ownership — Maintain, enhance, and ensure data integrity across the Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and People Planning Anaplan models for North America.
• Forecasting & Reporting Enablement — Support monthly forecasting cycles and validate financial reporting outputs to inform planning and decision‑making.
• Month‑End Close Support — Collaborate with finance teams to secure accurate and timely close processes by validating data flows and resolving system discrepancies.
• Process Optimization — Drive continuous improvement, streamline workflows, and identify automation opportunities while meeting SLAs and compliance targets.
• Stakeholder Partnership — Serve as a liaison between finance planning leads and technical teams, gathering requirements and providing training to support effective model usage.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in financial systems or FP&A roles.
• Hands‑on experience with Anaplan, including model building or maintenance.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, forecasting, and planning processes.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools; familiarity with ERP environments.
• Fluent English proficiency to support global interactions and documentation.
