Title: Finance Technology Senior Analyst
Join our Finance Technology team as we strengthen the planning and financial control capabilities that power our North America operations. In this role, as a Finance Technology Sr. Analyst you’ll help maintain and enhance key financial planning tools—including our Brand Building Anaplan model—and ensure accurate period controls through SAP. You’ll be part of a collaborative, solutions‑driven environment that supports critical reporting and planning cycles across the region.
You’ll work closely with FP&A, Brand Building, Accounting, and cross‑functional partners to deliver reliable data, timely insights, and seamless system operations. This is an exciting opportunity to deepen your expertise in Anaplan, SAP, and financial planning processes while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that directly impact strategic decision‑making. This role is located in Querétaro and offers a flexible model of work.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Anaplan Model Management — Maintain and update the Brand Building Anaplan model, ensuring accuracy, performing validations, and troubleshooting issues in alignment with finance partners.
- SAP Period Controls Execution — Manage and monitor SAP OB52 posting periods for North America, resolving issues, ensuring compliance, and identifying automation opportunities.
- Financial Reporting & Forecasting Support — Contribute to reporting packages and forecasts, validating data flows between Anaplan and SAP and supporting additional reporting needs.
- Month‑End Close Enablement — Support period‑end processes by ensuring correct financial period setup, addressing discrepancies, and escalating system‑related issues as needed.
- Operational Excellence & Collaboration — Drive process improvements, track key operational metrics, and partner with finance leads to deliver user support and training across planning systems.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in financial systems or FP&A roles.
- Hands‑on familiarity with Anaplan; experience in model maintenance is a strong advantage.
- Foundational knowledge of SAP FI/CO and OB52 period‑management processes.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
- Fluent English to support documentation, meetings, and collaboration in global environments.
