Title: Finance Overhead Analyst
Join our GBS Overhead (OVH) Finance team and help drive financial accuracy and visibility for our LATAM markets. As a Finance Overhead Analyst - LATAM, you’ll support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes across multiple business units, ensuring our stakeholders have the insights they need to make informed decisions. Based in Querétaro, Mexico, this position partners closely with teams across logistics, supply chain, and commercial operations.
You’ll be part of a collaborative, detail‑oriented team responsible for key operational finance activities that power our region. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, optimizing processes, and bringing consistency and initiative to their analyses. With exposure to regional stakeholders and tools like SAP, Anaplan, and advanced Excel, you’ll be positioned to make an impact from day one
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing and Distributing Finance Reports — Build and deliver monthly financial reporting packages, ensuring timely visibility for Finance partners across LATAM.
- Managing Budget and Forecast Uploads — Populate Anaplan with approved budget and forecast inputs for all OVH components according to business unit guidance.
- Executing Core Accounting Activities — Post journal entries, amortizations, and program or phasing updates tied to forecasts, accruals, or expense changes.
- Reconciling General Ledger Accounts — Perform monthly GL reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Driving Continuous Improvement — Identify and support simplification, standardization, and automation opportunities within OVH finance processes.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in operational finance roles involving posting, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables.
- SAP FICO experience and working knowledge of Anaplan.
- Strong understanding of accounting concepts.
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
