Title:  FP&A Analyst - Overhead

Join our Finance & Accounting team in Querétaro, where you will play a key role supporting North America by delivering high‑quality accounting, reporting, and analytical insights. As a FP&A Analyst - Overhead you will partner closely with cross‑functional teams, ensuring accuracy in financial processes and visibility into overhead performance.

You will be part of a collaborative, detail‑driven group that values data integrity, strong communication, and continuous improvement. This position offers exposure to strategic financial analysis, budget comparisons, and operational decision‑making across the business. If you enjoy working with complex data, advanced Excel models, and SAP, this role will keep you challenged and growing.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Preparing Core Financial Reports — Build and deliver recurring overhead and financial visibility reports for key stakeholders across North America.
• Executing Accounting Activities — Post journal entries, amortizations, and accruals while ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Managing Account Reconciliations — Reconcile GL accounts monthly and ensure all variances are explained and documented.
• Supporting Planning Cycles — Populate planning systems with approved budget and forecast data and execute expense phasing updates as needed.
• Driving Process Improvements — Identify and support standardization, automation, and simplification opportunities within financial processes.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, finance or related field.
• Strong accounting background with experience in journal entries and GL reconciliations.
• Advanced Excel proficiency, including pivot tables and complex data analysis.
• SAP experience.
• Fluency in English to work 100% with North America stakeholders.
