Title:  FP&A Analyst

Join our Finance organization in Querétaro, where you’ll play a key role supporting our Marketing and Brand Building teams through strong financial governance, accurate reporting, and effective investment management. As a FP&A Analyst, you will help ensure that financial processes within GBS operate in full alignment with Corporate Policies, SLAs, and statutory requirements.

You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional partners across Marketing and Finance while gaining exposure to advertising investment management, performance analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, applying financial expertise, and contributing directly to impactful business decisions.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing Advertising & Promotion Investments — Provide financial support to Marketing, ensuring proper administration and visibility of Advertising & Promotion spending.
• Engaging Key Stakeholders — Work closely with business partners to understand needs, provide financial insights, and support decision‑making.
• Ensuring Policy & Control Compliance — Execute financial processes in full adherence with corporate policies, internal controls, and statutory requirements.
• Delivering SLA & KPI Performance — Meet operational expectations while driving efficiency and continuous improvement across financial workflows.

• Executing Accounting Activities — Post journal entries, amortizations, and accruals while ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, finance or related field.
• Solid background in Accounting.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP desirable).
• Strong ability to handle complex tasks and provide visibility on issues promptly.
• Advanced level of English proficiency (written and spoken).
