Title:  Entry Finance Professional (T)

Description: 

Looking to enhance your accounting skills while supporting a regional team? Come join our Finance team as a Temporary Junior Reconciliation Analyst, where you’ll provide essential accounting support across Latin America. In this role, you'll handle reconciliations, analyze financial data, and help maintain accuracy in our reporting processes.

You'll also ensure compliance with corporate policies and local regulations while collaborating with teams across the region. This role is located in Querétaro, México.

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

  

  • Structure High-Volume Data for Analysis: Organize and prepare large amounts of financial data from various sources to facilitate analysis, ensuring accuracy in reconciliations and reporting.
  • Perform Reconciliations and Provide Insights: Compare and verify bank records with internal payroll reports to ensure all transactions are accounted for, offering detailed analysis to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Document Results and Execute Data Purge: Record the results obtained from bank reconciliations and maintain a detailed history while purging obsolete or duplicate information to optimize data management.
  • Fulfill Accounting Activities per Corporate Policies: Ensure all accounting activities related to payroll comply with corporate standards, internal procedures, and local regulations, including applicable tax and accounting standards.
  • Provide Accounting Support Across Latin America: Offer accounting support to various offices or branches across Latin America, ensuring proper reconciliation of accounts and adherence to local policies and regulations.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

  • Accounting, Finance or similar degree with previous experience (1 year of experience).
  • Analytical skills, attention to detail and focused on result.
  • Intermediate MS Office skills, especially Excel and Power Point.
  • Intermediate English skills.
  • Strong teamwork skills.
