Title: Cost Finance Analyst
Are you passionate about finance and ready to support high–impact supply chain decisions? Join our Global Business Services team as a Cost Finance Analyst. You’ll be responsible for delivering accurate financial analysis, cost management, and reporting activities that support plant operations and regional finance teams. This role plays a key part in monthly cost closes, budgeting processes, and financial visibility, ensuring high-quality services to internal stakeholders across Supply Chain and Finance. This a Queretaro-based role.
As a finance professional, you will execute core cost and accounting processes, support budget rounds, and collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure alignment with financial policies and systems, contributing to reliable plant P&L results and strategic decision‑making.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Cost Close & Financial Reporting: Execute monthly cost close activities, validate accounting confirmations, and deliver the final manufacturing plant P&L.
- Expense Tracking & Variance Analysis: Track factory expenses, post accruals and manual journal entries, and analyze variances versus budget and strategic outlook.
- Financial Consolidation & Visibility: Consolidate plant financial analysis and provide visibility into non‑OML movements, explaining key cost drivers.
- Standard Cost & Intercompany Pricing: Calculate standard costs in SAP during budget rounds and determine intercompany prices for plant‑produced SKUs.
- Cross‑functional Support: Support plant finance teams and ensure cost processes are executed in alignment with company financial policies.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in accounting and cost management roles.
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Solid PC skills, especially in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Desirable knowledge of SAP and financial planning systems (BPC, Anaplan).
- Advanced English communication skills.
