Title: Accounts Receivable Team Lead

Based in Querétaro, this role oversees end‑to‑end ITC processes for Mexico and Brazil, ensuring compliance, robust documentation, and effective alignment across the region.
You will be part of a highly skilled, fast‑paced, and collaborative finance organization focused on elevating operational performance and providing critical insights that support strategic business decisions. This is an exciting opportunity to influence regional processes, contribute to global forums, and build visibility with key commercial and financial stakeholders.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Regional ITC Leadership — Oversee the LATAM Accounts Receivable cycle, ensuring accurate execution of deductions, credit notes, and trade spending processes.
- Team Development & Performance — Lead and coach a team of seven ITC analysts, monitor KPIs, manage escalations, and drive continuous improvement.
- Controls & Compliance Management — Ensure adherence to SOX requirements, maintain strong internal controls, and coordinate audit documentation for internal and external reviews.
- Commercial & Financial Alignment — Partner closely with commercial and finance stakeholders to review open deductions, validate monthly sales targets, and support trade spending processes.
- Portfolio Health Monitoring — Track daily DSH and portfolio metrics while ensuring timely follow‑up on deviations and corrective actions.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
- Solid experience in Accounts Receivable and accounting processes.
- Strong knowledge of the deductions cycle, credit notes, and provisions.
- Proficiency with SAP and HighRadius.
- Experience supporting OTC or AR processes in LATAM (Mexico and Brazil preferred).
- Advanced English for interaction with global teams.
