Title:  Accounts Receivable Jr. Analyst - Recording

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Jr. Analyst – Recording to join our GBS Finance team in Querétaro. In this role, you will ensure accurate and timely recording of accounting entries supporting the ITC cycle, including high‑volume credit note posting, month‑end activities and key account integrations.

You’ll join a detail‑oriented and collaborative team that plays a crucial part in pre‑close and close processes, partnering daily with Deductions, Cash Application and Collections. This is an excellent opportunity to expand your accounting expertise and develop strong regional process knowledge.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Credit Note Recording — Process a large volume of credit notes and related trade spend transactions with accuracy.
• Close & Pre‑Close Activities — Support month‑end processes including reclassifications, integrations and required account documentation.
• Cadency Account Integrations — Prepare and maintain assigned account reconciliations in line with established controls.
• Special Accounting Transactions — Record prontos pagos, meteos and other specific AR‑related entries with proper validation.
• Support to Deductions — Work as the primary recording partner to the Deductions Analyst, ensuring accurate and complete accounting entries.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Experience in accounting entries, AR processes or transactional accounting.
• Knowledge of reconciliations, reclassifications and month‑end close.
• Experience with SAP.
• Strong attention to detail, structured work style and ability to manage volume.
• Advanced English for collaboration with regional teams.
