Title:  Accounts Receivable Jr. Analyst - Deductions

Join our Finance team as an Accounts Receivable Jr. Analyst - Deductions, where you will play a key role in strengthening the end‑to‑end ITC process by ensuring accurate resolution of customer deductions across Mexico. Based in Querétaro, this role partners closely with commercial, collections and AR teams to manage account portfolios, validate supporting documentation and maintain high‑quality, compliant records.

You’ll become part of a collaborative and fast‑paced team with strong exposure to commercial stakeholders and several areas within Finance. This position offers an excellent opportunity to learn, grow and gain visibility while contributing to the accuracy and efficiency of regional AR operations.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Portfolio Review & Validation — Analyze assigned customer accounts, identify open items and gather required information directly from commercial partners.
• Deductions Resolution — Validate supporting documents and ensure timely closure of credit notes and deductions, maintaining aging within 30, 60 and 90 days.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration — Engage regularly with sales teams, collections, cash application and recording to align information and resolve discrepancies.
• Customer & Seller Interaction — Communicate with sellers and, when needed, directly with customers to obtain missing details or complete documentation.
• Risk Escalation — Identify and elevate risks or unusual findings in the portfolio to enable rapid decision‑making.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable, accounting processes, or ITC/OTC operations.
• Strong knowledge of deductions, credit notes, reconciliations, and trade spending processes.
• Proficiency with SAP and HighRadius (preferred).
• Experience supporting AR or OTC processes in LATAM (Mexico and/or Brazil is a plus).
• Advanced English for interaction with regional and global teams.
