Do you want to be part of a Multicultural environment in Finance? Join us as an Accounts Payable Jr. Analyst, where you will support business continuity by validating invoice data, meeting tight SLAs, and partnering closely with key stakeholders across functions.

 

You will be part of a collaborative Source to Pay team that supports multiple countries in the region, working with high volumes and strict deadlines. The role offers strong exposure to regional operations, SAP-based tools enhanced with automation, and cross-functional interaction, making it an excellent opportunity to build a solid finance operations foundation.

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Invoice Registration and Validation — Register high volumes of supplier invoices for LATAM using SAP and xSuite, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  • Compliance and Controls — Verify invoices meet required documentation standards, including receipts and tax-related information.
  • SLA Management — Ensure invoice processing is completed within a 3-day SLA while managing workload peaks and time pressure.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration — Partner with Marketing, Direct Procurement, and Operational teams across LATAM (excluding Brazil) to resolve invoice issues.
  • Data and Reporting Support — Use Excel to support tracking, validations, and basic analysis related to invoice processing activities.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

  • Experience or hands-on exposure to invoice processing or finance operations.
  • SAP experience, including academic or internship exposure (xSuite is a strong advantage).
  • Basic to intermediate Excel skills, including formulas (macros are a plus but not required).
  • English proficiency to support regional interactions.
  • Ability to work with high volumes and strict deadlines in an operational environment.
