Title:  Accounting Sr. Analyst

Description:

Join our global Finance team as an Accounting Sr. Analyst, where you will help drive fixedasset accuracy, compliance, and process excellence across multiple regions. This role offers exposure to a dynamic, fastpaced environment with rapid changes, crossfunctional collaboration, and the opportunity to support global teams across Finance & Accounting. The position is based in Querétaro and offers a flexible model of work.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with internal stakeholders—including R2R, Close & Books, Engineering, Leasing, and Planning—while supporting a thirdparty operations model without representing it directly in the posting. You will contribute to operational reviews, reconciliations, reporting, and accounting governance, becoming a key resource for technical accounting topics, fixedasset processes, and continuous improvement initiatives within a multicultural, global network.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting Global Fixed Asset Activities — Monitor and review operational tasks such as capitalizations, disposals, reconciliations, and KPI/SLA reporting performed by extended teams, ensuring compliance with corporate accounting policies.
  • Driving Process Governance — Provide accounting guidance, support internal controls, and ensure alignment with statutory requirements, internal procedures, and key SOXrelated practices.
  • Executing Reporting & Reconciliations — Perform account reconciliations, create tailored financial reports, support integration efforts, and validate information across modules and general ledger.
  • Partnering Across Functions — Collaborate with multiple Finance & Accounting areas and global stakeholders to track objectives, identify risks, escalate issues, and ensure operational continuity.
  • Enabling Continuous Improvement — Support simplification, automation, and process enhancements by identifying optimization opportunities and contributing to highimpact initiatives.

We’re Looking for Someone With

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of accounting/finance experience, ideally within global or sharedservices environments.
  • Strong accounting foundation with experience in journal entries, provisions, debit/credit logic, and account reconciliations.
  • Handson Excel skills including pivot tables and data crosschecks.
  • Experience working with SAP (any module within Finance/Accounting).
  • Fluent English proficiency for daily interaction with global teams.
  • Experience collaborating with or overseeing outsourced/thirdparty operations.
