Title:  Account Reconciliation Systems Analyst

Description: 

Join our finance technology team as we enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and governance of our regional account reconciliation platform. In this role, as an Account Reconciliation Systems Analyst you will support the Cadency system for both Latin America and North America, helping ensure data integrity, user readiness, and smooth financial close processes.

 

You’ll work with a collaborative, crossregional group that partners closely with global system administration, internal audit, compliance, and finance operations teams. This role is located in Querétaro and ideal for someone eager to learn, grow technical capabilities, and gain exposure to global tools, metrics, and automation initiatives that directly impact our reconciliation governance and reporting processes.

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • User and Role Administration — Manage user access, role changes, and account assignments in Cadency while supporting daytoday inquiries related to reconciliations or system functionality.
  • Master Data and Governance Maintenance — Maintain account master data, validate attributes against global standards, and help ensure full data governance alignment across regions.
  • Monitoring, Metrics, and Reporting — Generate compliance and performance reports, prepare data extracts, and support ongoing monitoring activities across the reconciliation cycle.
  • Data Integrity and Completeness Checks — Perform monthly validations between SAP and Cadency, investigate discrepancies, and help maintain auditready documentation.
  • Process Optimization and Issue Resolution — Identify automation opportunities, assist with system enhancements, and troubleshoot user or reconciliation issues in partnership with global administrators.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems.
  • Experience with account reconciliations (manual or systembased).
  • Working proficiency in English for crossregional communication.
  • Strong Excel skills (formulas, data handling, validation).
  • Ability to learn financial systems and navigate technical processes.
  • Basic understanding of data governance or master data maintenance.
  • Exposure to audit, controls, or reconciliation workflows.
