Title: Deductions Analyst - Invoice to Cash
Join our Global Business Services (GBS) Invoice to Cash (ITC) team as a Deductions Analyst – Invoice to Cash, where you’ll play a key role strengthening data integrity, process excellence, and deduction governance for the North America region. Based in Querétaro, this role is part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team focused on elevating controls, accuracy, and standardization across the end‑to‑end ITC process.
In this position, you’ll engage with global and regional leaders, internal audit, IT, Sales Finance, Supply Chain, and other cross‑functional partners to solve complex deductions challenges, influence process improvements, and enhance the overall ITC customer experience. You’ll also gain exposure to enterprise systems, analytics tools, and strategic transformation initiatives that shape how our business manages customer payments and financial accuracy.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Driving Compliance & Controls Excellence — Monitor, assess, and strengthen adherence to ITC controls, including SOX 404 and audit requirements, ensuring consistent alignment with accounting policies and internal standards.
- Leading Deductions Issue Resolution — Analyze root causes of misapplied payments, deductions discrepancies, and system‑identified errors, developing corrective actions and supporting remediation activities.
- Optimizing Systems & Data Integrity — Administer HighRadius (HRC) modules, enhance system processes, test upgrades, and maintain accurate customer mapping and configuration across ITC technologies.
- Supporting Business Partners — Provide analytical insight, guidance, and expert problem‑solving to internal stakeholders, helping identify trends, reduce invalid deductions, and drive value creation.
- Building Capability & Documentation — Develop and maintain training materials, escalation frameworks, and standard operating procedures to improve quality, consistency, and knowledge management across the ITC team.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.
- Experience in collections, deductions, customer relationship management, and shared‑service environments.
- Proficiency with SAP, MS Office, and data analysis for identifying trends and business insights.
- Knowledge of accounting policies, GAAP/SOX concepts, and control driven processes.
- Experience working with large data sets and creating clear, actionable visual interpretations.
- Fluent English level for interaction with North America team.
