Acting as the category’s financial co-pilot, you will take ownership of performance across both the short and long term—shaping commercial decisions, influencing strategy and helping turn ambitious plans into sustainable growth.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the Category Finance Agenda – Act as the CFO for Kellanova’s Wholesome Snacks category, bringing bold financial leadership and turning commercial ambition into sustainable top- and bottom-line growth.
• Unlock Growth Through Insight – Own the financial story across the P&L, identifying business trends, assessing the competitive landscape and recommending decisive actions across pricing, promotions, assortment and go-to-market strategy to accelerate growth and strengthen margins.
• Shape the Long-Term Strategy – Lead the five-year strategic planning process for the category, translating strategic priorities into clear financial choices and evaluating the net present value of future initiatives.
• Power Smarter Innovation – Challenge and strengthen the financial case for innovation, improve return on investment and ensure the pipeline is sufficiently robust to deliver profitable, sustainable growth.
• Set Ambitious, Credible Targets – Create market targets grounded in a clear articulation of the strategy, using transparent financial building blocks to align teams around meaningful and achievable outcomes.
• Influence at the Highest Level – Serve as the trusted finance business partner to the Head of Wholesome Snacks Europe and play an active role on the European Wholesome Snacks Leadership Team, bringing clarity, challenge and insight to critical decisions.

 We’re Looking for Someone With

• Educated to degree level in finance, accounting, business, engineering, with minimum 8 years post-qualification experience in finance.
• Strong leadership skills with an ability to build a vision and influence senior leaders.
• Strong communication skills and able to articulate a complex business situation in a simple way.
• Outstanding collaboration skills, working effectively in a multi-cultural environment and develop relationship at multiple levels across countries.
• Good knowledge of financial processes, including planning and analysis. Sound knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
• High level of proficiency in Excel, and PowerPoint
