Title:  Finance Head Supply Chain

Are you passionate about driving financial performance and operational efficiency? As a Finance Head for Supply Chain, you will be the main finance point of contact for the Supply and Logistics function across multiple markets in Latin America. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights, support decision-making, and drive cost optimization initiatives.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Finance Business Partnering :Act as the main financial contact for Supply and Logistics, supporting business decisions with solid analysis.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budget and quarterly forecasts in partnership with Supply and Logistics teams.
• Cost Control & Analysis:Track warehousing and logistics costs, analyze variances, and identify risks and opportunities.
• Reporting & Systems: Build ad-hoc reports and financial analysis using internal financial systems.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify efficiencies, support logistics projects, and drive actions to improve cost of goods sold.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in finance, supply chain finance, or logistics finance
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience working with financial systems (e.g., SAP, Anaplan, or similar)
• Strong English and Spanish communication skills
