Title: Finance Analyst
This Finance Analyst role plays a key part in delivering accurate financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making. Based in Bogotá, the position focuses on executing core financial, accounting, and administrative processes while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and statutory requirements.
You will join a collaborative, cross‑functional finance team that partners closely with Commercial Finance, Marketing, and Global Business Services. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands‑on exposure to end‑to‑end financial processes, strengthen technical finance skills, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance data quality, controls, and reporting effectiveness.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Financial Reporting And Analysis — Prepare accurate and timely financial and management reports to support internal stakeholders and leadership decision‑making.
- Month‑End Closing Processes — Execute and support end‑to‑end financial closing activities, ensuring data integrity across financial reporting systems.
- Budget Tracking And Cost Control — Develop and maintain frameworks for budget monitoring and expense control across assigned areas.
- P&L And Data Management — Build and maintain data repositories to support P&L and SKU‑level analysis.
- Controls And Process Improvement — Proactively identify risks in expense recognition and internal controls, driving improvements in reports, files, and processes.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or similar roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong working knowledge of PowerPoint.
- Practical experience with SAP and other financial planning or reporting systems.
- Experience supporting month‑end close processes and P&L analysis.
- Advanced English proficiency.
