Title:  Commercial Finance Head

Do you have a passion for driving business performance through data, insights, and strategic financial analysis? Join our Commercial team as a Commercial Finance Head, where you will act as the main point of contact for financial support across functions.

In this role, you will be responsible for understanding and leveraging Company´s financial systems (such as SAP, Anaplan, BPC, among others) to develop ad-hoc reports, perform financial and commercial business analysis, and provide data-driven recommendations to management. You will partner closely with commercial teams to support sustainable revenue growth, profitable expansion, and a balanced product mix across customers, while also following up on COGS, OVH, and BB requests and coordinating inputs to ensure effective Cash Flow Management across the business.

This position is based in Bogota

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Financial Close & Governance: Ensure timely and accurate review and approval of monthly financial results. Lead accrual reviews and maintain audit-ready governance of trade spending in compliance with financial policies.

• Commercial Performance & Variance Analysis: Analyze trade spending, pricing, and mix variances. Provide clear insights on Channel Operating Profit, including COGS, Brand Building, and Overhead allocations.

• Business Partnership & Decision Support: Partner with Sales, Customer Development, Marketing, and RGM. Support commercial decisions related to pricing, promotions, and trade investments.

• Planning, Profitability & Risk Management: Review Joint Business Plans and build initiative-level P&Ls. Assess financial impact, risks, and value creation opportunities.

• Process Excellence & Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a liaison between Commercial teams, Finance, and GBS. Ensure data accuracy and drive continuous improvement in finance processes and reporting.
