Based in Bucharest, you’ll report to Senior Manager Supply Chain Finance, leading of team of ~15 people, and having a hybrid working style, offering the best of both worlds. You will be part of a certified Top Employer, enjoying all the benefits the company has to offer.
A Taste of What You’ll be Doing
- Team Leadership: Leading and developing a high-performance Supply Chain and Distribution Finance team that delivers excellent service to key customers & business partners.
- Operational Excellence: Supporting continuous improvement initiatives, prioritizing opportunities to improve the standardization and effectiveness of the processes in the regional team in line with stakeholder expectations.
- Business Partnership: Act as a key business partner for Plant Finance Managers, Category Directors, Logistics Directors, and other teams to support the delivery of key priorities. Support for escalation and in managing key cross-functional stakeholders, oversight visibility of significant variances from budgeted/ forecasted spends and identify risk mitigation plans.
- Service Level Agreements: Accountable for ensuring accurate & on time delivery against Service Level Agreements with Plants & Categories Finance teams across Europe.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- A University Degree in Finance or Business-Related field.
- Managerial skills for both processes and teams coupled with a background in Financial Planning & Analysis in Manufacturing and Logistics environment.
- Influencing skills with the ability to partner with different stakeholders and functions across the organization.
- An advanced level of English, a second language would be preferred.
- The ability to work with complex databases.
