Title:  Source To Pay Technical Advisor

A hybrid role based in Bucharest, Romania, this position sits at the heart of Kellanova’s Global Business Services Source-to-Pay (STP) engine—where great snacks meet great operations. It’s a hands-on, high-impact opportunity for a sharp, people-minded problem solver to act as the STP technical subject-matter expert (SME) across SAP FI/AP and adjacent STP tools, helping keep purchase-to-pay flowing smoothly and confidently. This is a 12 month fixed term contract.

The Source-To-Pay Technical Advisor bridges business operations and enabling technologies—bringing decisive incident resolution, thoughtful governance, and continuous improvement to the table. The role supports stabilization and transformation work (including EU e-invoicing) while partnering across time zones in a friendly, fast-paced shared services environment.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• EU e‑invoicing delivery support: They will support EU e‑invoicing implementation activities by clarifying requirements, coordinating UAT, triaging defects, validating data, and helping teams feel ready for cutover and hypercare.
• Vendor master data governance ownership: They will own and execute vendor master data governance activities (create/change/block/delete), ensuring completeness, consistency, and policy compliance while coordinating validations with key stakeholders.
• Purchase‑to‑pay issue resolution: They will diagnose and resolve procure‑to‑pay / purchase‑to‑pay transactional issues (PO, invoice processing, GR/IR concepts, payment discrepancies), driving root cause analysis.
• Dashboards, KPIs, and automation: They will build, maintain, and automate dashboards and KPI reporting for AP/STP performance monitoring—using strong data skills to reconcile sources, spot trends, and turn insights into actions.
• Safe, compliant ways of working: They will identify dangers arising at the workplace and report them to the appropriate competent person, following workplace procedures and supporting a safety-first culture.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/ Business, IT, Data/ Analytics, or related field.
• Experience in Shared Services/ STP/ AP operations or adjacent finance operations.
• Hands-on knowledge of Source-to-Pay/ Accounts Payable processes and controls.
• Vendor Master Data governance experience.
• Demonstrated experience delivering technical/ process support and data governance in a controlled environment.
