Title:  Regional System Administrator - Account Reconciliation Platform

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Regional Reach: Supports users across assigned regions
• Governance: Owns regional reconciliation process, data integrity and audit readiness

• Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve reconciliation related issues with support from the global admin by timely communication and following up to get prompt resolution, ensuring minimal disruption to reconciliation activities
• Master Data Validation: Validate account attributes, user-defined fields, reconciliation currencies, and policies against global standards using MD Power App and mapping matrix; maintain documentation of validation steps and approvals.
• User Management: Process user role changes and account assignments in Cadency; validate license eligibility; support quarterly license reviews.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, audit, preferably with account reconciliation processes exposer (e.g., BlackLine, Trintech).
• Strong understanding of GL structures and reconciliation workflows
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
• Familiarity with SOX compliance, internal audit, and data governance.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• English – advanced
