Title: RTR Business Partner Controller
Our colleagues in the RTR team are looking for a RTR Finance Business Partner Controller to hit the ground running in our Bucharest GBS and prepare, review, and analyze simple and complex reconciliation of accounts in consideration of balance sheet categories, and for becoming a subject of matter expert in Balance Sheet Reconciliations solution.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
Responsibilities
- Handle the liaison between business stakeholders/BPO Accenture and the Bucharest team on certain topics: BS review in month end closing, review, and support BPO deliverables (submission files, BnS recs, internal/external audit)
- Handle PWC requests for the whole RTR stream
- Handle continuous improvement related subjects, coordination of projects from Finance side and input towards CI team for development of ideas.
- Maintain the link between Internal Controls team and the RTR team (act as SPOC for reconciliation issues, audit issues, SOX issues).
- Handle other tasks as assigned by GBS or Kellogg Leadership.
Customers
- Ensure that the RTR team meets service levels outlined in SLAs and work with the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider to ensure that KPIs are delivered seamlessly.
- Ensure that Customer issues are dealt with to their satisfaction and in accordance with the escalation process and push back where this is not the case.
- Carry out calls/ meetings with customers as detailed in SLAs and drive to keep customer satisfaction aligned with the SLAs.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of experience in a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Sense of urgency and ownership of resolution, meeting established performance objectives and customer commitments
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to partner with key internal/ external customer to drive change & continuous improvement
- Fluent English
