Title:  Pricing Business Partner

Join us in Bucharest as a Pricing Business Partner (12 months fixed term contract) and help shape the financial performance of some of the world's most loved brands. In this hybrid role, you'll be part of a close-knit team of four, reporting to the Senior Manager Supply Chain Finance, while partnering with colleagues across Europe to ensure pricing, costing, and financial data are accurate, insightful, and decision-ready.

You'll play a key role in maintaining pricing integrity, supporting profitability analysis, and enabling informed business decisions through high-quality financial insights. You'll bring your best every day while collaborating with a diverse network of stakeholders across markets and functions.

This is a highly visible and cross-functional opportunity where you'll work closely with Supply Chain Finance, Sales, Commercial, Operations, Treasury, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, other GBS teams, and external service providers. If you enjoy combining analytical thinking with stakeholder partnership, process improvement, and financial governance, this role offers the perfect blend of operational excellence and strategic impact. You'll have the opportunity to influence decisions across multiple European markets while ensuring compliance with internal financial policies and controls.

A Taste of What You'll Be Doing

• Pricing & Costing Data Management: Maintain accurate pricing, costing, and master data within SAP and related pricing systems. You'll ensure information is timely, reliable, and aligned with business requirements to support operational and financial excellence.
• Profitability & Pricing Analysis: Analyze product profitability, margin performance, pricing effectiveness, and cost drivers. You'll transform complex financial and commercial data into meaningful insights that support business growth and profitability optimization.
• Management Reporting & Recommendations: Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and financial analyses for leadership teams. You'll identify trends, highlight risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations that support strategic decision-making.
• Planning & Business Support: Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities by providing accurate pricing and costing inputs. You'll collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure financial assumptions are robust and aligned across the business.
• Pricing Strategy & Controls: Support the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of pricing strategies, governance processes, and internal controls. You'll help ensure compliance with financial policies while driving efficiency, standardization, and process optimization.

We're Looking for Someone With

• Strong finance, costing, or pricing experience/ working with profitability analysis, pricing performance, or financial reporting.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable recommendations
• Experience with SAP and advanced Excel.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy and financial controls.
