Title:  ITC Collection Senior Associate- Spanish speaker

Do you know the ins and outs of Collections and you’re looking for a place to showcase your skills? Look no further! Join Kellanova as a Collections Senior Associate with Spanish where you will be responsible for the collections process and have the opportunity to serve as a Subject Matter Expert for the Cash Application and Billing processes within the Invoice to Cash organization, in support of the Global Business Services strategic objectives.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Timely collection - Ensuring we collect on due receivables and work with customers to resolve invoice disputes.
  • Collaborative environment - Collaborating directly with customers via phone and other technologies to deliver the best financial results.
  • Credit Risk Management - Accessing and mitigating risk through customer credit management.
  • Cross-functional collaboration - Partnering with our other Invoice to Cash teams including Cash Application, Billing and Deductions to resolve issues, research and assist with customer communications.
  • Building partnership to address customer challenges - Partnering with vendors, Sales and Sales Finance to resolve customer challenges.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

  • Experience in customer relationship management.
  • A deep knowledge of accounts receivable process.  
  • The ability to understand business priorities and take ownership of resolution.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish language.
