Title:  Global Transformation Lead

Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey in the world of finance? Kellanova is seeking a talented Global Transformation Lead in Bucharest.

The Global Transformation Lead will drive transformation across our GBS Finance Tower, leading the standardization, automation, and optimization of finance processes globally. This role will collaborate closely with our 3rd party partners to accelerate transformation outcomes and deliver sustainable process improvements.

The successful candidate will deliver measurable efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness improvements in financial reporting, while strengthening controls, ensuring compliance, and enhancing the stakeholder experience across Finance.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Define and execute the global transformation roadmap for the GBS Finance Tower
• Standardize and harmonize finance processes, including journal entries, general ledger management, account reconciliations, fixed assets, leasing, intercompany and financial close
• Drive digital transformation, automation, and analytics adoption within the GBS Finance Tower
• Optimize governance, internal controls, and reporting frameworks across GBS Finance Tower
• Own the relationship with our 3rd party partners, guiding and overseeing transformation initiatives
• Lead cross-functional teams and change management efforts to ensure adoption of new processes and tools
• Monitor and report on key finance KPIs: close cycle times, accuracy, compliance, and process efficiency

We’re Looking for Someone With

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Finance Operations, GBS, or Shared Services
• Proven experience leading large-scale finance transformation initiatives
• Strong understanding of global finance processes and financial close cycles
• Experience working with outsourcing partners (preferably Accenture or similar)
• Experience in governance, compliance, and internal control environments
• English – advanced
