Title:  Commercial Delivery Analyst

We are seeking a Commercial Delivery Analyst to join our Finance & Accounting team, working in a hybrid manner.  In this role, you will partner closely with the Finance Delivery Business Partner, Central Category Finance, and the wider FP&A organisation to deliver high‑quality financial analysis, insights, and recommendations that support effective decision‑making and performance management.

A Taste of What You’ll be Doing

• Annual Execution Planning (AEP)- Contribute to this process, including consolidation of regional and category submissions and supporting target deployment with accuracy and consistency. Support at market, regional, and central levels, including rolling forecasts, risk and opportunity identification, and variance analysis versus budget, latest estimate, and prior year.
• Deliver – On brand and product‑level financial analysis, providing insights into historical performance, margins, and profitability. Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and support finance business partners.
• Develop- Maintain reports, dashboards, and basic financial models to track key performance indicators. Prepare clear and concise presentations, summaries, and commentary for both finance and non‑finance audiences.
• Contribute- To ad‑hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives aligned to evolving business and finance priorities.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• A university degree in Finance or a business‑related discipline with 2+ years’ experience in GBS, FP&A, or Commercial Finance.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with high attention to detail as well as advanced Excel skills and strong PowerPoint capability.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment with tight deadlines.
• Ability to take ownership of work and proactively seek improvement opportunities with the experience with ERP and financial planning systems (e.g. SAP, BPC Reporting) is an advantage.
