Title: Senior Key Account Manager - Switzerland - (m/f/d)
We’re looking for a Senior Key Account Manager to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract, taking ownership of our Main Account Group in Switzerland. In this strategic role, you’ll lead negotiations, conduct customer analysis, and recommend actions to address risks and unlock opportunities.
You’ll also be responsible for preparing customer plans and presentations, implementing tools to strengthen customer relationships, and supporting the alignment of cross-functional and cross-customer activities to drive efficiency and effectiveness across our operations.
This role reports to our Commercial Manager for Switzerland and is based in our Rotkreuz, Zug office, with flexibility for hybrid working.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Key Account Management - Take full ownership of customer relationships and P&Ls. Regularly analyse KPIs and propose corrective actions. Collaborate with the Commercial Manager to manage and control promotions and allowances budgets.
- Negotiation- Prepare tailored materials for annual negotiations and customer visits, including data collection from internal systems. Lead negotiation discussions and ensure timely follow-up. Manage regular data exchanges with customers, such as turnover report verification.
- Data & Reporting- Maintain key account management documents, including customer datasheets. Track and validate data to ensure accurate rebate accounting and data management. Facilitate consistent and accurate reporting with customers.
- Team Support - Serve as a role model within the sales team, offering guidance and support to junior colleagues. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Proven experience as a senior sales professional in FMCG Key Account Management
- Strong understanding of the Swiss retail environment, with an established network and passion for our brands
- Analytical mindset and structured approach to problem-solving
- Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken
- High attention to detail and excellence in execution
- Proactive, customer-focused, and service-oriented attitude
