Title: Sr Analyst Sales Finance Benelux-12 months FTC
At Kellanova, the Senior Analyst, Sales Finance will step into a hybrid role based in Zaventem and help shape smarter, faster, and more profitable decisions across Benelux. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this person will join a close-knit team of two Senior Analysts and quickly become a trusted business partner to Sales, Revenue Growth Management, Shared Services, and the wider Finance organization—bringing visibility to customer Profit & Loss, strengthening forecast accuracy, and turning numbers into clear commercial insight.
This is a strong fit for someone who enjoys combining precision with influence: a finance professional who can move comfortably between month-end control, customer profitability analysis, and forward-looking planning. The role offers meaningful exposure to cross-functional stakeholders, room to lead ad hoc projects, and the chance to grow within a business that describes its finance teams as strategic planners, number crunchers, and forecasters who help keep the company on course to fulfill its vision, all within a Culture of Best that values integrity, accountability, courage, flexibility, and career development.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive financial visibility and insight: The Senior Analyst will support the Finance Manager and Sales teams with robust financial analysis, customer P&L visibility, and actionable guidance that helps deliver short- and medium-term goals. This person will translate data into clear recommendations, highlight risks and opportunities, and help commercial stakeholders make confident, data-driven decisions.
- Own month-end and year-end excellence: The role will lead month-end and year-end processes for Benelux, ensuring strong compliance across trade accounts and acting as a key contact for internal and external auditors. With a sharp eye for detail and control, the Senior Analyst will help maintain audit-ready, accurate, and reliable financial reporting.
- Strengthen trade and customer accuracy: Working closely with Sales, the Senior Analyst will ensure customer conditions are reflected precisely in the trade system and will perform spot checks to safeguard accurate invoicing. This person will balance structure and curiosity, protecting data integrity while supporting a smooth commercial process.
- Lead planning, forecasting, and performance tracking: The Senior Analyst will prepare budgets, reconciliations, and day-to-day financials by customer, market, channel, and category, while continuously improving forecast quality. Through variance analysis, performance reporting, and ongoing business partnering, this person will help make the numbers speak and keep the business focused on profitable growth.
- Grow through collaboration and improvement: As an active member of the Continental Europe Finance Analyst community, the Senior Analyst will share best practices, learn from peers, and contribute to process improvement across the function. The role also offers the opportunity to lead ad hoc projects, broaden scope, and build a strong career path across commercial finance, FP&A, and wider finance leadership.
