Title:  Key Account Manager BeLux

The future of food is exciting, and at Kellanova, we’re here to help you shape your future as a Key Account Manager BeLux for a 12-month contract. In this role, you’ll drive the support, growth, and expansion of key retail customers within the BeLux organization. Your main focus will be achieving ambitious goals while fostering strong, sustainable, and productive long-term partnerships with your customers. Specifically, you will take responsibility for managing Delhaize in close collaboration with the Group Account Manager.

This is a hybrid role based at our office in Zaventem, Belgium, while also allowing you to work in environments that support your work-life balance.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Commercial Acumen - You will develop and execute a comprehensive annual plan for your accounts, focusing on key objectives, tailored initiatives, and long-term growth strategies.
• Collaboration Is Key - Working cross-functionally with all relevant internal departments (Sales Finance, Demand Planning, Revenue Growth Management, Marketing, Customer Service etc.)
• Sales - Drive the sales of innovations and achieve targeted distribution goals.
• Maximize The Distribution – You will optimize distribution and enhance shelf presentation for Kellanova’s assortment across three categories, while growing the value share of Kellanova within these categories in your accounts..
• Volume And Value - Achieve both the volume and value objectives for your accounts.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• Education: Master’s degree in management, marketing, economics, or similar experience
• Experience within FMCG
• Analytical skills, positive mindset and good negotiation skills

• Pro-active approach and courage to express opinion or recommendation in a respectful way
• Languages: excellent English, Dutch and French
