Title:  Key Account Manager - Away From Home

Join us as a Key Account Manager specializing in our Away from Home sector and be part of our exciting journey!  You will use your selling skills to partner with key decision makers to drive business results. This hybrid position allows you to work both from home and from our office in Zaventem, Belgium, maximizing your work-life balance.  As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing our Away from Home customers within a team of three Key Account Managers. The Emerging Channels team oversees customers across various channels, including E-commerce, Out of Home, Non-Food retail, Travel, and wholesalers.

A Taste Of What You’ll Be Doing


  • Negotiation – You’ll prepare and lead the negotiations with your customers for the yearly joint business plans (listings, pricing, investment, activation, etc.).
  • Managing Financial Budgets Managing the Profit & Loss and the relation with your own national customers.
  • Sales Management and Forecasting - Responsible for achieving the sales target, preparing the customer’s forecast, and ensuring sales commitment are met.
  • Teamwork - Working cross-functionally with marketing, finance, category management and revenue growth management on the execution of promotional and other sell-out activities.
  • Bring New Vision to Life - Identifying and establishing innovative sales and category strategies to drive growth across multiple channels, while recommending actionable improvements for success.


We’re Looking for Someone With


  • Previous experience as a Junior Key Account Manager, Category manager, field sales representative or other related functions in the FMCG sector.
  • Experience in analytics and thinking strategically, with a results-oriented mindset
  • The ambition to grow to a (people) leadership position in the future.
  • Great communication and relationship building skills.
  • Fluency in Dutch, or French and strong in English.
