Title:  International Customer Support Executive

Description: 

This hybrid and 12-month position, based in Zaventem, Belgium, offers a unique opportunity to support the Senior International Key Account Manager within the Benelux Sales team. As part of a close-knit team of three, the role focuses on day-to-day engagement with Carrefour Group at the international level and Eurelec—two strategic customers essential to delivering Central Europe results.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Drive Business Insights: Lead the consolidation and analysis of Carrefour’s performance data, including sell-in/sell-out, market share, volume, and trade margin. You’ll also track competitive activity using CWT data and ensure KPIs and scorecards are up to date and clearly communicated.
  • Champion Best Practices: Act as a central hub for identifying and sharing commercial opportunities across Carrefour countries, helping to scale successful initiatives and foster cross-market collaboration.
  • Coordinate Strategic Pricing: Serve as the key point of contact for pricing alignment across countries, ensuring consistency and agility in the absence of a dedicated Revenue Growth Management (RGM) role in Central Europe.
  • Support Financial Accuracy: Collaborate closely with the Finance team to monitor and track customer payments, ensuring transparency and timely resolution of any discrepancies.
  • Elevate Customer Engagement: Partner with the Senior Internation Account Manager to prepare impactful materials for key customer meetings—ranging from quarterly business reviews to CSR and supply chain discussions—and coordinate with internal support functions to deliver a seamless experience.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

  • Ambition to develop commercial’s skills
  • Excellent analytical mind and good knowledge of Excel
  • Strong autonomy and power of recommendation
  • Organization and Rigor
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Language Fluency: English is mandatory, French is a plus.
  • A first experience in the retail industry (0-1y or internship) is a plus.
